"Aurelia have provided our NVQ training programme in Health & Social care since 2008. We have received an excellent service with a continuous programme of workshops for small groups organised with Aurelia to suit the needs of our business and at times that have not affected the delivery of domiciliary care. The staff have been extremely well supported with their learning and all have achieved the award within the time allocated.  The assessors have been very helpful and flexible in their approach to our staff and have gone out of their way to organise observations and meetings to suit individuals. Aurelia keep me informed of developments and changes in the training field and offer every help and opportunity to access future training and funding for both care staff and latterly the management team.
