This NVQ is most applicable to those offering advice and guidance through a range of services, for instance a human resources department. This award is primarily aimed at practitioners who work directly with clients and employees, giving information, advice, and some level of guidance. This may include advising employees on career progression, training available or any kind of counselling or problem solving activity. There are 12 optional units to choose from which are picked to specifically meet your individual job role and needs. This award can help achieve promotion to a senior advisory role, for instance a Training Manager or Head of Customer Service etc.
