Customer Service NVQ3

This Level differs from the Level 2 as it looks at developing and improving customer service rather than just the delivering of it. Therefore it is ideal for those in a more senior customer facing role. There are 8 units to be completed over the workshops including Monitor and Solve Customer Service Problems and Work with others to improve Customer Service.
