Health & Social Care NVQ2

This award meets the criteria set by Government that states that every residential care home should have 50% of its staff trained to at least a Level 2 standard at any one time. It is ideal for newly recruited and those who do not have a recognised qualification Care Assistants and also those working in Support Worker roles, supporting people in housing and living. Completion of this award can lead to career progression and more responsibility.
