Health & Social Care NVQ3
The level 3 award is more in depth than the level 2, it includes two more units and there is a greater focus on contributing to the actions of all employees with regards to Health and Safety and not just your own. It is for Care Assistants who want to progress their career in this area and move on to more senior positions. This award is for those with a supervisory role such as lead carers and who are role models for good practice.
