Health & Social Care NVQ3 (CYP)
If you work specifically with children and young people then this award is best suited for you as it focuses on the care and needs of this particular group, rather than the broad spectrum covered by the Health and Social Care award. It is for those who want to progress to a senior position within this area of care and can lead to the completion of the Level 4 CYP qualification and also the Leadership and Management in Care.
