ITQ NVQ2
The NVQ for IT users is very flexible in that there are 15 optional units that range from Email to Presentation Software. Also, although the overall qualification achieved is a Level 2 the individual units are delivered at the level that best suits your needs. For instance if you were not familiar with Presentation Software, this would be delivered at Level 1 and if you were knowledgeable in Email this would be delivered at Level 3. It is suitable for anybody that uses a computer in their day to day job, particularly administration staff. It will raise the employee’s knowledge of IT applications relevant to their job and show them how to use shortcuts to make tasks quicker and easier to do.
