Management NVQ4

This qualification helps prove competence in a wide range of complex, technical or professional work activities in differing situations while managing other staff and allocating resources. This includes how to manage business processes and plan change through the plan change cycle. It is ideal for Senior Management who might not necessarily have a qualification and want to formalise and build on their existing knowledge. It requires evidence of completing and setting Interview Records, Minutes of Meetings and Budgets throughout the 8 units.
