Bob's previous experience includes working for Coventry Local Education authority as Head of the Learning and Behaviour Support Service. Bob has 10 years experience as a senior manager in education, training and management.

 

Richard Lee – Course Co-ordinator

Richard has 18 years experience in the IT industry, 11 of which at management level as Head of IT for a 500 person organisation. Richard is now responsible for co-ordinating all of our delivery teams and manages our funding budgets.

 

Gina Smith – Operations Manager

Gina has over 25 years experience in Education as a teacher; her last position was as an Assistant Head of Learning and Behaviour Support.. Gina is a qualified CIEH trainer and also a facilitator for Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Challenging Behaviour and De-escalation training.

Lisa Instone - Business Development

 Lisa has a Degree in Business Management and has worked with the company for over 6 years now. She is responsible for Aurelia's Sales and Marketing as well as maintaining and building relationships with existing customers.

Andy Robbie - Programme Co-ordinator for Children and Young People’s Workforce Development

 Andy has over 25 years teaching experience and his roles have included Headteacher and local authority support. He has drawn on his broad experiences to develop the Children & Young People's Workforce Development and Support for Teaching & Learning in Schools qualifications.

Christine Thomas – Programme Co-ordinator for Essential Skills

 Christine is a fully qualified teacher with 15 years experience in education, now within the adult skills sector as a Level 5 maths specialist.  She co-ordinates a team of Essential Skills tutors and is the lead Internal Verifier for Speaking and Listening qualifications and is also a qualified assessor.

Craig Burns - Programme Co-ordinator for Warehousing, Advice & Guidance and Management

 Craig has 13 years experience of working in a production environment in the areas of storage, distribution and production control as well as in Management roles. Craig is an assessor and internal verifier for our Warehousing, Advice and Guidance and Management qualifications.

 

 Les Mitchell - Programme Co-ordinator for Health and Social Care (Level 2 and 3)

Les has 9 years experience in health and social care, working in Nursing and Care Homes with adults with physical disabilities and/or mental health issues. Following this Les has built up 7 years experience as an assessor for Health and Social Care and is now an Internal Verifier.

Mary Heyes- Programme Co-ordinator for Care, Leadership and Management (Level 5)

Mary has worked in many different environments within Health and Social Care, from Hospitals to Sheltered Housing to Domiciliary Care. As such, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge which makes her an excellent Assessor and Verifier for our high level Care Management qualification.
