This qualification is intended for those working in a supervisory role. It is designed to reflect the working practice of Team Leaders across a wide spectrum of industries and types of organisation. It is aimed at candidates who lead a team and take responsibility for the delegation of duties and mentoring of that team. It is a work based qualification which will allow learners to develop knowledge, understanding and skills essential for working in a team leading role. For example, communication skills, working with and leading others, managing and improving own performance.
