Providers of Training for National Vocational Qualifications

How one learner has progressed her career through training with Aurelia.

We started working with Rachel in November 2006 as a result of a long standing relationship with Warwickshire Care Services providing NVQ training to all 11 residential homes. As with all new care assistants, Rachel was encouraged to undertake the Level 2 Health and Social Care Award. She flew through this within 3 months and wanted to progress further within her job and also with her training. This led to Rachel completing the Level 3 in Health and Social Care and being promoted to acting Care Manager at Woodside. In her new role as Unit Manager at Four Ways, Rachel continued her training with us and enrolled onto a Management NVQ award which she completed in May of this year.

Rachel’s hard work and numerous qualifications have given her the opportunity to develop her career and progress to new levels within management - who knows where her next qualification will take her!
