Bob's previous experience includes working for Coventry Local Education authority as Head of the Learning and Behavior Support Service. Bob has 10 years experience as a senior manager in education, training and management.
Richard Lee, Course Co-ordinator
Richard has 18 years experience in the IT industry, 11 of which at management level. The last 8 years as Head of IT for a 500 person organisation responsible for 30 members of staff.
Gina Smith - Operations Manager
Gina has over 25 years experience in Education as a teacher and for the last 8 years in varying levels of management. Her last position was as an Assistant Head of Learning and Behaviour Support for a Coventry Local Authority, which included covering Head of Service for 12 months. Other experience includes some time as a Residential Social Worker, for a Local Authority and a Residential Special School.
Norman Westwood - Lead Verifier
As lead verifier for Aurelia Training Norman's key role is to maintain quality standards with our external verifiers at Edexel. Currently Aurelia consistently achieves high grades for all Edexel inspections.
Sue Davis - Programme Co-ordinator for Skills for Life
Sue has over 25 years experience working in Local Education Authority settings, most recently working in the secondary sector supporting pupils with learning difficulties. She also has a specialist qualification in Dyslexia Support.
Craig Burns - Programme Co-ordinator for Warehousing, Distribution and Storage
Craig has 13 years experience of working in a production environment in areas such as storage,distribution,inspection and production control and controlling scheduling and output. Now Craig is a Programme Co-ordinator for the warehousing sector, working as assessor and internal verifier.
Morag Webb - Programme Co-ordinator for Health and Social Care
Morag is a qualified RGN with 20 years experience in various roles within the health and social care sector and is also an internal verifier for the health and social care team.
Sharon Watkins - Programme Co-ordinator for Customer Service, Team Leading, ITQ and Business Admin
Sharon has worked in FE for the last 6 years and has been an assessor and an FE Business Unit IT trainer for the last 4 years. She also has 10 years management experience prior to this.
