We are a West Midlands based training provider that deliver RQF, BTEC and Apprenticeships throughout the country. We host workshops for all of our courses either on site at workplaces or through our central Coventry office. We have the flexibility to adapt to any working environment and tailor our training to meet individual needs.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent training materials and one-to-one learner support to enable fast completion of awards.
We have a dedicated team of trainers who are fully qualified and experienced in order to deliver and assess courses to a consistently high standard.

Bob's previous experience includes working for Coventry Local Education authority as Head of the Learning and Behaviour Support Service. Bob has 20 years experience as a senior manager in education, training and management.
Richard Lee – Operations Director
Richard has been with Aurelia for 15 years and in that time has built up substantial knowledge and expertise in all areas of the Work Based Learning Industry. Before working for Aurelia, Richard had 18 years’ experience in the IT industry, 11 which were at management level, with his last role being head of a department of 40 software developers responsible for supplying IT systems for customers including Debenhams, Mexx and Kurt Geiger.
Gina Smith – Quality Manager
Gina has over 25 years experience in Education as a teacher and manager in special needs schools, learning and behaviour support services and mainstream schools. Gina is the Designated Person for Safeguarding and Quality Manager at Aurelia Training Ltd and works closely with local primary, secondary and special schools, delivering Teaching Assistant qualifications and supporting development through bespoke training in areas such as managing challenging behaviour and safeguarding.
Vicky Sherry-Garnett - Apprenticeship Manager
Vicky has worked in Care for over 26 years in various capacities, this has included working as a Nurse and Team leader within different sectors such as residential care, hospitals and the domiciliary sector.
Previous to this she has a background in business administration and customer service within the office and retail sectorsFor the last 15 years Vicky has maintained her links within the sector whilst also working as an assessor and Lead Internal Verifier for Aurelia Training.
Vicky co-ordinates and manages the team delivering to various sectors including Health and Social Care, Management, Customer Service, Business Administration, Advice and Guidance and bespoke training in areas such as Supervision and Appraisal and Infection Control.
Christine Thomas – Essential Skills Manager
Christine is a fully qualified teacher with 15 years experience in education, now within the adult skills sector as a Level 5 maths specialist. She co-ordinates a team of Essential Skills tutors and is the Lead Internal Verifier for Speaking and Listening qualifications and is also a qualified assessor.
