Aurelia Training has been an established training provider who have delivered Government funded qualifications since 2005 and are an approved organisation on the Apprenticeship Provider and Assessment Register (APAR). Aurelia Training is based in Coventry with a nationwide delivery profile. We are committed to providing high quality training with the flexibility to suit any workplace setting. This includes offering the Government’s Apprenticeship scheme and the Advanced Learner Loan from The Student Loans Company. Your Place or Ours?
We are a West Midlands based training provider that deliver RQF, BTEC and Apprenticeships throughout the country. We host workshops for all of our courses either on site at workplaces or through our central Coventry office. We have the flexibility to adapt to any working environment and tailor our training to meet individual needs.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent training materials and one-to-one learner support to enable fast completion of awards.
We have a dedicated team of trainers who are fully qualified and experienced in order to deliver and assess courses to a consistently high standard.

Bob Harknett – Director
I have 20 years experience as a senior manager in education, training and management.
Having worked in secondary education for many years, primarily focusing on children with emotional and behavioural difficulties I have a real passion for education.
My skills include coaching, recruitment, sales and all aspects of management. I am a qualified Verifier and have a Strategic Management qualification Level 7.

Gina Smith – Quality Manager
I have over 25 years experience in Education as a teacher and manager in special needs schools, learning and behaviour support services and mainstream schools. I am the Designated Person for Safeguarding and Quality Manager at Aurelia Training Ltd and work closely with local primary, secondary and special schools, delivering Teaching Assistant qualifications and supporting development through bespoke training in areas such as managing challenging behaviour and safeguarding.
Vicky Sherry-Garnett - Operations Manager
I have worked in Care for over 26 years in various capacities and different settings.
Prior to this my background was in business administration and customer service in office and retail sectors.
For the last 15 years I have maintained links within the sectors, whilst working as a Trainer and Lead Internal Verifier for Aurelia Training.
My current role involves coordinating and managing the delivery team, sales and delivering training across different Levels and Sectors.
